Live Old Time Radio

On Friday night, Tom, Heather, Kevin and I went to see my brother Dan in the Hole In The Wall Theater’s production of Live Old Time Radio.

The show is exactly what it sounds like – a series of skits and musical numbers taken directly from popular radio shows from the Golden Age of Radio. Viewers can see old favorites such as Sam Spade, Burns and Allen, Doris Day, Bob Hope, Baby Snooks, Flash Gordon and Popeye.

The venue, the Hole in the Wall Theater, is a small intimate setting that is perfect for a production such as this. One really feels as if they are a part of the show. Overall it’s just a really good time and I would highly recommend that anyone in the area go check the show out.

Admission is a suggested donation of $20 and they’ll be playing Friday and Saturday nights at 8pm through April 18th with two Sunday matinees showing at 2pm on March 29th and April 5th.
