Came across this story on NPR this afternoon.  Pretty crazy stuff!  Are the Iranian authorities paying more attention to popular social networks such as Facebook and Twitter?

    If this report is true, it’s disturbing to say the least. Then again, I think one of the drawbacks of social networking is the abundance of information people reveal about themselves–it’s publicly available, so of course intelligence gathering agencies will make use of it.
