We all know that wine had gained a lot of attention for it’s potential health benefits, but recent studies show that beer, also, could be great for your health.  IPA’s (my personal favorite) could be especially beneficial for their high levels of silicon, which is known to help decrease bone thinning and promote new bone formation.  It is believed that it could potentially help prevent osteoporosis.

So drink up folks!

I’m sorry but a report which “Could be” is still not sufficient to make me drink beer. lol.

  3. Haha! Well it was good news, I suppose, for those of us who never really needed a reason to drink beer :P

YAY! Yet another reason to drink beer!

Seriously, I have one every nite before I go to bed. Even though “they” (whoever taht is..) don’t recommend alcohol consumption before bed, alcohol actually makes me very sleepy, and I sleep great!

BTW, because of this, I have never had more that two beers in a 24 hour period, and have never been drunk. (I am actually proud of that)
